I'm a calm and relaxed soul, and I have always kept myself centred with my meditation and yoga. I decided to become a yoga teacher to help pass this wisdom on to other people. I love it, because I'm getting to do the things I'm passionate about. Yoga has a lot of other benefits too. But I don't have anyone to share those benefits with at the moment.
